Shipments
Made by UPS, Federal Express or truck depending on urgency, weight, cost and distance. The most efficient method is used unless a specific carrier is requested.
F.O.B. - Shipping Point (Chicago, Los Angeles)
Payment
C.O.D., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or NET 30 upon approved credit.
Returns
All material to be returned must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, obtained prior to shipment. All returns must be in original resellable condition accompanied by all original documentation (brocures, manuals, etc.). Material returned must be sent freight pre-paid in original factory packaging and is subject to a restocking charge. RMA's are valid for 45 days after issue. No returns are accepted for goods after 90 days of original invoice date. Special order items, non-catalog items and custom made products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Cable Put-ups
Most catalog items are inventoried on large format "bulk" reels. Almost any cable we carry can be cut to a specific length requirement. Industry standard stock put-ups of 500' and 1000' have a shipping tolerance of +/- 10%.
